IRS posted new FAQs on FATCA Reporting

The FAQs contain important information about reporting deadlines and nil reporting.

As mentioned in previously updates an automatic 90-day extension of time is provided to FIs under FATCA regulations to submit a first report. This automatic extension of time is provided without the need to file any form or take any action.
